Dress does run true to size, but the material is very stretchy.
The bust is measured from underarm seam to underarm seam across the front, double to get the circumferece. The length is measured from shoulder seam to the hem.
Small: bust is 18.5" (37" around), length is 38"
Medium: bust is 20" (40" around), length is 38"
Large: bust is 21.5" (43" around), length is 38.5"
X-Large: bust is 23" (46" around), length is 39"
