Waist is measured from side seam to side seam across the front across the elastic band (double to get the circumference), and then it measured across while the waist band is stretched out ( double to get the circumference). The hips are measured from side seam to side seam across the front at the widest point. The length is measured from the waist band down to the hem. The inseam is measured from the crotch seam straight down to the hem.
X-Small: waist is 11" (22" around) and will stretch to 17.5" (35" around), hips are 19.5" (39" around), length is 29", inseam is 18.5"
Small: waist is 12.5" (25" around) and will stretch to 19" (38" around), hips are 21" (42" around), length is 30", inseam is 19"
Medium: waist is 13.5" (27" around) and will stretch to 19.5" (39" around), hips are 21.5" (43" around), length is 30" , inseam is 19"
Large: waist is 15" (30" around) and will stretch to 21.5" (43" around), hips are 23" (46" around), length is 30.5" , inseam is 19.5"
