The hips are measured from side seam to side seam across the front at the pockets (double to get the circumference), The length is measured from the waist band straight down to the hem. The inseam is measured from the crotch seam straight down to the hem.
Small: Waist is 13" (26" around) but will stretch to 19" (38" around), hip is 21" (42" around),
length is 33.5", inseam is 22"
Medium: Waist is 14" (28" around) but will stretch to 20.5" (41" around), hip is 22" (44" around), length is 33.5", inseam is 22"
Large: Waist is 15.5" (31" around) but will stretch to 22.5" (43" around), hip is 23" (46" around), length is 34.5", inseam is 23"
