The hips are measured from side seam to side seam across the front at the pockets (double to get the circumference), The length is measured from the waist band straight down to the hem. The inseam is measured from the crotch seam straight down to the hem.
Small: Waist is 14" (28" around) but will stretch to 22 (44" around), hip is 24" (48" around), length is 35, inseam is 23"
Medium: Waist is 15" (30" around) but will stretch to 22.5" (45" around), hip is 24.5" (49" around), length is 35, inseam is 23.5"
Large: Waist is 17" (34" around) but will stretch to 24" (48" around), hip is 25" (50" around), length is 35.5, inseam is 23.5"
X-Large: Waist is 20" (40" around) but will stretch to 26" (52" around), hip is 27" (54" around), length is 36, inseam is 24"
