All You Need to Know

Shipping and Return Policy for Online Purchases

We are so grateful that you chose to shop with us!

At Mimibella Round Top , we ship using USPS Priority Mail, insured. Shipments within the continental US start at $14 for three pieces. (For more than three pieces, a charge of $3 will be added for each additional piece. Please contact us for more info.)  Shipping occurs within 1-5 business days.  We try to ship same day if possible. If you are out of the country, please contact us for international shipping charges. We are happy to ship anywhere in the world, but just keep in mind that the amount charged will be more.  

For items that we have shipped, we ask that you contact us immediately when you have an item to return (must be contacted within 3 business days of original delivery to qualify for a return). Email us at, or call our shop at (979)249-5757 and leave a message if after hours. We will provide a Return Authorization code to write on the outside of the return package. You will need to get your package heading back to MimiBella within five days from your original delivery (or within seven days for store credit), and the items must be in original condition and protective packaging with all tags attached. 

(We include a Return Policy information paper with all shipments, so there is never any confusion.)

If you do not have a preferred shipper, we would suggest the Post Office using Priority Mail and insuring. This tends to be the most economical and quickest way to ship. The USPS will provide your box/packaging and tracking is free. Always insure, as you remain responsible for the merchandise until it is in our hands. Do not hesitate to call with any questions.

Returns on discounted merchandise (applies to web purchases only) :

*Customer must request a return authorization (R/A) via email and then have the return in the post within 3 days from the time the package was delivered to the customer. Delivery date is from date of attempted delivery. There are no returns for refund outside of the 3 day window.

*There are no returns on items with a discount of 40% or more.  They are FINAL SALE AND SOLD AS IS.  


If purchased in store, all discounted items are FINAL SALE and sold AS IS.  No exceptions!
