Waist is measured from side seam to side seam across the front across the elastic band (double to get the circumference), and then it measured across while the waist band is stretched out ( double to get the circumference). The hips are measured from side seam to side seam across the front at the widest point. The length is measured from the waist band down to the hem. The inseam is measured from the crotch seam straight down to the hem.
These do run true to size.
Small: waist is 13.5" (27" around) and will stretch to 17" (34" around), hips are 21" (42" around), length is 36.5", inseam is 25"
Medium: waist is 14.5" (29" around) and will stretch to 18" (36" around), hips are 22" (44" around), length is 36" , inseam is 25"
Large: waist is 15.5" (31" around) and will stretch to 18.5" (37" around), hips are 24" (48" around), length is 36.5" , inseam is 25"
X-Large: waist is 16.5" (33" around) and will stretch to 20.5" (41" around), hips are 24.5" (49" around), length is 36.5", inseam is 24.5"
