The bust is measured from underarm seam to the underarm seam across the front (double to get the circumference). The length is measured from the shoulder seam straight down to the hem in both the front and back.
This top is intended to run generous. If you want it a little more fitted, go down a size.

X-Large: Bust is 31" (62" around). Front center length is 31", back length is 33"
