The hips are measured from side seam to side seam across the front at the widest point. The length is measured from the waist band down to the hem. The inseam is measured from the crotch seam straight down to the hem.
Small: waist is 11.5" (23" around) and will stretch to 19" (38" around), hips are 20" (40" around), length is 36", inseam is 26"
Medium: waist is 13" (26" around) and will stretch to 20" (40" around), hips are 21" (42" around), length is 37" , inseam is 26.5"
Large: waist is 15" (30" around) and will stretch to 21.5" (43" around), hips are 22" (44" around), length is 38" , inseam is 27"
X-Large: waist is 16" (32" around) and will stretch to 24" (48" around), hips are 25" (50" around), length is 38.5", inseam is 27"
