The waist is measured from side seam to side across the front ( double to get the circumference), and the it is measured across the front as far as the band will stretch (double to get the circumference). The hips are measured from side seam to side seam across the front at the pockets (double to get the circumference), The length is measured from the waist band straight down to the hem. The inseam is measured from the crotch seam straight down to the hem.
Small: Waist is 13" (26" around) but will stretch to 21.5 (43" around), hip is 22" (44" around), length is 38, inseam is 26.5"
Medium: Waist is 14" (28" around) but will stretch to 22" (44" around), hip is 23" (46" around), length is 38.5, inseam is 26.5"
Large: Waist is 15" (30" around) but will stretch to 22" (44" around), hip is 24" (48" around), length is 39, inseam is 27"
X-Large: Waist is 15.5" (31" around) but will stretch to 24" (48" around), hip is 25" (50" around), length is 39.5, inseam is 27"
