The bust is measured from underarm seam to underarm seam across the front.  Double to get the circumference.  The length is measured from the shouldler seam straight down to the hem in the center and on the sides.   A size 1 is a xs/small., a size 2 is a medium/large, and a size 3 is a xl/xxl.
1: Bust is  19.5" (39" around).  Length to center is 24.5", side length is 29"
2:  Bust is  22"(44" around). Length to center is 25.5", side length is 30"
3:  Bust is 26.5"(53" around). Length to center is 27", side length is 32"
