Bust is measured from underarm seam to underarm seam across the front. Double to get the circumference. The hips are measured from side seam to side seam across the front at the hips. Double to get the circumference. The length is measured from the shoulder seam straight down to the hem.
Sizing is 1 (x--small), 2 (s/m), 3 (m/l). This dress is tailored and runs very small. A 3 is normally a plus size, but in this case it is fitting like a medium/large.
1: Bust is 18" (36" around), Hips are 24 (48" around), Length is 46"
2: Bust is 19" (38" around), Hips are 26 (52" around), Length is 46"
3: Bust is 21" (42" around), Hips are 28" (56" around), Length is 46"
